Can I get some price elements for FTSIE, to (possibly) inlude it
in an offer to a customer ?
What's the recommended way to get support on the product, sell
consulting, is there an installation service ?

Sorry I am late - I was on vacation
1. Official prices for FTSIE are available in DM only -
2. There is no nice way to sell it outside Germany since there is no
European support for this product. There will be changes but right now
SWAS-Germany sells it to SWAS-Non-Germany on a cost-crosscharge basis
and we do the support case by case.
3. Since there was/is not enough demand there is no English
documentation available for this product.
4. We sell FTSIE in Germany for a 100%-price of 25.500 DM (incl. VOTS)
