Hello,
customer reported a problem after upgrading ZAP from V5.2 to V5.2 on an
OpenVMS V6.1 system.
Some processes aren't stopped anymore, with V5.2 there was no problem.
Te messages received are:
%ZAP-I-PRCIDLE, Process .. pid 0000080F has reached its idle time limit
%ZAP-I-STOP, Stopping process .. pid 0000080F at 28-MAR-1995 10:20:31.82
%ZAP-I-IMAGE, Process was executing image OA$MAIN
%ZAP-I-TESTMODE, No action taken - Product operating in Test Mode -
Specifying a user-routine as action routine is often a work-around, but
sometimes issues the message:
%ZAP-E-NOUSERPRC, Unable to start user action routine for process .. pid
0000080
%RMS-E-FLK, file currently locked by another user
Any ideas?

| Hello,
The test mode of Zap is used during product development and to assist
customers when they are having problems by allowing a product to be shipped to
them that does nothing but run in "test mode" and do everything except take an
action.
Please have the customer install a released version of Zap.
