    Hi,
    
    Looking for a version of ZAP that will run on vms 5.4-1A. This is for
    an internal system accessed by customers.
    
    Any help appreciated.

The currently released version support V5.2 - V6.1.  Internally, the kit can
be obtained from:  ZAPDEV::DISK$KITS:[ZAP]ZAP053.%

    I tried to install V5.3 before I put up the note and i got the
    following errors

Hi,

	The call to determine if the kit was being installed on an Alpha system
was causing the failure.  I have updated the KITINSTAL to have a default type
of VAX if it should fail the check.

	Please copy the updated kit over and install again.
