Subj: ZAP bug report
Hi there,
The (European B/OIS ASSETS Library) has received the
following problem description from a user who requested
and installed the ZAP package:
The customer is testing ZAP. On one system(mvax). It is work
ing fine. On another (3800), ZAP is not correctly measuring
time. ZAP is reporting user as being idle for 10 min when
the system is only reporting 5 min of elapsed time. According
to the customer, the conf file of zap is the same on both system.
Can you possibly help?

| Could you please send a copy of the ZAP.LOG and ZAP.DAT files. Also, what
version of ZAP and VMS are being run?
