My customer is currently using Watchdog 4.6 to kill processes. We are having a problem getting it to kill ALL-IN-1 processes. We have a cluster (2 8650s & 1 8350 & 1 780) running VMS5.1 and ALL-IN-1 V2.3. The problem is that when watchdog sends the warning message to the user the CPU time gets upped even though the user is not doing anything. Will ZAP fix this problem?? If it will, the customer just may buy it. Any replys will be appreciated, Thanks Karen

I have not tested ZAP against Watchdog to directly compare the two utilities. However, ZAP has been tested with ALL-IN-1 and it does not have any problems with it. We currently use ZAP on all of our ALL-IN-1 systems without any problems. Keith Maconi |
