Has anyone run into problems with users claiming to be logged out by ZAP even when they are in the middle of an active edit session? I have serveral users who have experienced this problem on different systems. (One running 4.2, the others 4.3) Should I decrease the ZAP sensitivity level or is the default usually adequate? Allen

On our systems, we set the idle sensitivity to 5 which is about as low as I would go. This means that as few as two carriage returns within a minute make the process non-idle. To date, we have not had problems with EDT, since it uses a lot of system resources to perform its work. However, we still have an occational problem with CREATE (which is used by mail) since it is too (?) effecient. |
