I looking for information about Rega integrated amps, such as Brio, ElexII, or Elicit. Anyone listen to these yet? How about past experience with Rega electronics. Also, Anything about Musical Fidelity class A integrated, the M1000 or something like that? Info is hard to come by on these products in the colonies. Regards, John

I use a Musical Fidelity A120 class A integrated. This produces a lovely full, warm sound, though some might find it too warm for their tastes. Needs quite careful partnering with other components to avoid the system becoming too mellow and laid back. I use it mainly with a Nakamichi CD4 CD player and Rogers LS4a speakers, and to be honest, the system could do with a tad more bite being restored. I think it will be the CD player and/or speakers that go rather than the amp, though. Not one for rockers. Steve |
