    Anyone out there no much about compatibility between different makes of
    in-car "hifi"?
    
    I have a Philips radio/cassette (model 521 I think), which has a
    connection on the back for I/O to a CD changer, and buttons on the
    front to control the changer.
    
    Would I be able to use a CD changer from any make other than Philips?
    Is there any standardisation on these connections? Am I hoping for the
    impossibly unlikely?
