Does anyone know what happened to alisons (speakers not bread makers). I have the number 0484 603965 that has worked before and is mentioned in what-hifi. It no work any more and BT tell me it has been a spare line since end october. I need to ring them to get a new tweeter for my cd6 square speaker. Thanks for any help Dave Gledhill.

Most speakers use fairly standard drivers from the like of audax, KEF, VOX etc. You may find that the tweeter can be sourced from elsewhere. I've always found Wilmslow Audio ( now strangely, based in Knutsford) to be very helpful. They specialise in kit speakers but stock a wide range of speaker drivers. Also FALCON who are based in Norwich (I think ) . Anyway both adverise fairly regularly in the HiFi press. | |||||
