Hi, I'm after a pair of speaker stands on which to sit my A&R Arcam II's. Can anyone recommend a decent pair ?? Dave. Also, do LINN still make the SARA's? I fell in love with these speakers several years ago, but have heard that they are no longer made.

Re S.A.R.A. No Linn stoped making the Small Audio Reproduction App. a couple of years ago I think. There is a plentiful supply of second have SARA and SARA-9's available - Your local Linn dealer may even be able to help you out. I saw a mint condition pair at a dealers a few months back for 2-300 - but remember you need a very good amp to drive them (Naim 250 or LK280, 160 / LK2 just won't do ...) Trivia question time. Where (and why) did the following get their name... Ittok Asak DC2100K Asak-T Ekos Troika S.A.R.A. Kremlin Kan What is the other name for the Kairn | |||||

Speaker stands If A&R don't make stands for the Arcams, then you could try the Mission Cyrus stands (tripods, so they're esay to level!), or try somthing like Target or Appollo Dave |
