268.1 | Problem with c CD Player | SUBURB::SCREENER | Robert Screene, UK Finance EUC | Fri Apr 19 1991 14:14 | 12 |
| I bought my first CD Player from B+B. After a few months I noticed it
had been scoring the bottom of my CD's. I returned the player to B+B
asking to remove the tonearm and cartridge from the player ( 8-) ).
They had it on test for a few days; returned as NFF.
Got it home and it marked another, so back again. I then waited a few
months while the player went back to Kenwood.
Was not too happy either.
Robbie.

Sounds like a really great place to buy from! Just so we don't get the
Digital conference watchdog type people on our backs - has anybody had
any *good* experiences of this shop?! =;*)

Yeah,
A friend went in the other day, during their closing premesis sale. He
was looking for a 3-head cassette deck. They were quite helpfull and
showed him a 350 Aiwa, offered at 200 cash. Didn't go back though!

| Picked up my basic system from them 6 years ago - they were very
helpful. Weren't too keen on them when I had a problem with my speaker
tho.
