Does anyone know which are the most rigidly built CD players on the market. An old Ferguson I have is very flimsy (CD03 model) made by SONY to a spec. Are the Philips players better put together, and less susceptible to mechanical noise ? Cheers, Tim

Tim, You might find notes 220.5-.last interesting. However I doubt that the Kenwood player mentioned is still available. Rob "Kenwood UK Marketing external relations"! | |||||

The most inpressive transport I've seen is a Luxman which is the size of an RA82 The D/A is even bigger. Doesn't sound bad either. $22K. |
