Hi Just a quick note, can anyone provide a breakdown for this �2500 a year or �48 a week, that on a 7 day week, 365 days a year, that we are meant to be using from the shift kitchen. Don't get me wrong, It does not affect me and I don't really care one way or the other. But where is DEC UVO getting it's tea and milk CHINA???? Cheers Lawrence

I don't remember the shift kitchen ever supplying sugar. So I am assuming that the cost was in supplying milk. A pint of milk, skimmed, semi or not costs around 40p per pint. That is about 120 pints a week. Or 17 pints a day. Could we not just reduce the amount of milk stocked in the fridge, instead of cutting the supply completley. Of course this really does depend if anyone actually cares wheather the shift kitchen supplies milk or not. Steven |
