SAC the home of this conference since its creation over seven years ago is being shut down forever at the end of this week. BASINGSTOKE will therefore be moving to a new home GOVT02. I've set this conference NOWRITE while I sort out moving the actual file. hopefully it will be back on the air at its new site later today, if not before. I will leave the traditional one note stub here to let everyone know where it has gone. BTW If someone woul like to take on some of this moderator stuff I'd be grateful.
