    Have you ever had a call where the customer's phone just rings and
    rings and rings and....
    One foolproof method to make him/her/other answer promptly is to fill
    your mouth with food/drink/other!
    
    
    
    
    Scenario:-
    Long call, extended phone conversation, bursting for a wee-wee...
    Fifty minutes later.......Toilets being cleaned/Out of service/other...
    Quick dash to the other side of the building...!
