I think Jo is referring to Stone Henge II which appeared on Daneshill
Roundabout round about the summer solstice.
Worth a trip...!

| Rumour has it that the new Del a Rue (sp?) building (the new large shed
opposite) as part of its planning permission were obliged to enhance the
nearby roundabout so this is what you ended up with!

| I wonder if we can get them to set up a site of national interest on the field by
the Jays Road/Jays Road junction then opposite their current building
by Viables...
BTW it's De La Rue according to the sign there I think...

Does this align with the lost railway track artifact in the middle
of the Viables roundabout ???

| I believe it may well, perhaps they're secretly using the roundabouts
of basingstoke to explain to any aliens looking down about the progress
of man and his technology.

| Hello and bing bong
My Name is Ken and I am the Sub-Grand High Wizard and assistant Lord of the
Rings of the Ancient Vegetarian Order of Non earth beens (AVONeb),
Basingstoke Branch.
You have obviously discovered our secret ritual site of sacrifices. This
causes me immense grief as I will have to find somewhere else to offer the
dismembered bodies of virgin olives and carrots to our great donut master.
Does anyone have a nice little round rockery that you don't mind a few
decent chaps visiting occasionally and sacrificing some raw vegetables?
Thanks in advance
Ken DC
ps I think I have been laying to close to the exhaust vents again
