I'm moving on from my current rented house
to buying my own place soon (suspect end July)
and because my Landlord is a really nice guy
(and the landlord of a local pub) I've said
I'll pass on the fact that the house will be
free to rent again soon.
It's a 3 bedroomed decent sized end terrace in
Mozart Close in Brighton Hill, it's relatively
unfurnished though I suspect Greg could get some
more furniture back in if anyone wanted it.
The kitchen was done very shortly before we
arrived a year ago and has been very carefully
kept since then at the request of Angie (landlady)
It has a dishwasher, washingmachine, gas hob and
elecy oven, under thingie lighting, extractor
and a nice big fridge freezer...
Garden is easy maintainance and good for bbqs
5-6 minute walk to Robert Griegs and the rest
over the back, 20 minute walk to Viables or
5 minute drive - max.
Because I've not yet exchanged I don't know
exactly when I'll be leaving - but we should do
soon.
