763.0. "Beechdown Sports Club - Company reductions ?" by FORTY2::WILKINS (Testing is a desirable thing - like a dentist.) Tue Jun 07 1994 12:36

	Hi Folks,

Does anyone out there know whether the Beechdown Sports Club
in Basingstoke offers any membership rate reductions for Digital
	employees.

I've heard from a friend who works for IBM in Basingstoke that
she obtains a reduction to the monthly charge.

If anyone knows the rates for Single/Joint membership I'd
appreciate a posting of the info.

	Cheers,
	Kevin.

NO, They did in the past. But not anymore, corporate membership was
described as a theme for the eighties which was no longer
    	attractive.

When did they stop doing that? I'm on corporate membership but that
was paid up last year. I paid 320 (ish, can't remember exactly) for
single Platinum membership which gets me access to all facilities for
free for the year. (no court fees or class fees)

Hi

I joined about 2 months ago and I got 50 off the joining fee and a 50
voucher to be used against a bike as opposed to 100. I thought this was a
good deal.
