    Can anyone recommend a reliable/reasonably price cab company in the
    Basingstoke area? I used to use 55515 or 470470, but have found 
    recently that they continually fail to turn up, and if they do, the 
    prices vary considerably between drivers for the same journey.

	I use Grassby's (B.464212) and they've always turned up promptly.

I use  Lychpit Taxis (0256 250000) they charge about the same as 470 but do seem
to be better at turning up, unless they're busy and then a 470 car will turn up

    White Fox - tel: (01256) 25903. Friendly, reliable, don't know about 
    price comparison as recently I've only used them to get to Heathrow 
    airport (�24 currently). It used to cost about �3 from Hatch Warren 
    to the Bus Station (end of 1992) and at the time that was cheap.
