A shot in the dark, but.....
I've received two calls from someone in Basingstoke looking for help
with our new Media Production Center (lab).
In both instances, she left her first name only (Katherine) and her
extension number (781-1231).
I've tried to return the calls but get a ring-no-answer every time.
Could someone please pass this on and have "Katherine" send me email
with her questions?

DTN 781 is Skippetts House. I just tried the number but got no
reply. Their switchboard tell me the person on that number is
Katherine Rogers.
She is not in ELF, but I'll try and get her E-mail address
from somewhare else down there and forward your note.
