Well, pardon me for living, a perfectly inocent reply greeted with
unwarranted hostility !
I've got Harry Enfield on tape, but I suppose it's not quite the same
is it ?

| | I watched it and thought it was pretty crap - just more of the
same from the last series. It wasn't as crap as Alexei Sayle
though, which I must say is particularly disappointing as
Stuff was excellent.
In case anyone is interested, I taped the two Peter Greenaway
films last week, but they're not very funny!

Since the conversation is on Rugger, anyone know if it's possible
to see the Irish game live, here on screen, in Basingstoke?

Only if you've got a very big aerial !
Maybe the Irish club will be showing it live.
Alternatively, have you got a mate in Wales, it'll be live
there.

I would have thought that an Englishman in Wales at the weekend would
have been fairly free of rugby fans. The Ireland-Wales game was played
    in Dublin.

    David L.
One who was there (in Dublin at the rugby match that is, not Wales
where there was no game on).

it was funny, but it's just gone over the top now. It's
a funny old world really 'cos while Absolutely fabulous
gets worse, Alexei Sayle is getting better...
Sigh, I don't know
