Anyone out there have any idea what 6 police people and 4 police cars
where doing stopping random old looking cars on the A33 this morning.
I spent 10 mins in the traffic jam they caused.
If all they were doing was a few stop checks then it's a wasty of my
taxes and it's no wonder they can't seem to solve `other' crimes.

Yeh, they're doing a survey on whether the Chineham to Cliddesden bypass should cut across the A33. Ian Yeh I agree. What are the police doing checking unsafe cars, checking for stolen vehicles, checking Tax discs, catching speeders and dangerous drivers when there are criminals walking the streets. It's a disgrace and I shall be writing to my MP shortly. | |||||
