| There was one in a greetings card shop, but the last time I was in town
I noticed the fancy dress bit wasn't there any more.

If you're talking about the shop which is almost opposite W H Smiths,
it used to be called PaperTree, and it carried lots of joke stuff, and
fanbcy dress, but they've disappeared, and been taken over by someone
else, so I don't think there's anywhere in town now.

If you're planning to go all the way to Reading just for this, STOP!!!
There's a joke/fancy dress shop in Fleet and another in Farnborough.
Ring them first, but either would be easier (and faster) to get to
than Reading (Fleet is nearer too!).
