Not the first I'm afraid !!
There was one in Southall in the early seventies when Scalextric
was even more trendy than it is now.

| Ah Ha!. But it was reported to have the Biggest Multi-story Car Park in
the UK and reported to have the fastest roundabouts in Europe, although
I 'aint seen them move an inch yet.

I've been reliably informed that the racing track referred to
in .0 has been transferred to the Ice Rink building.
The same source gave me some price info too. For 1.50 you can
participate in two, 50 lap races.
How to cover the distance without skidding on the ice, I didn't
find out.

| re.0/1:
Actually there were slot car circuits all over the country. There was an
Electric Car Racing Association (ECRA) which organised races and championships.
Racing write ups appeared in a magazine called "Model Cars".
