Does anyone know what happened this morning (10th) on the Reading Road
heading out of Basingstoke?
The traffic at the Reading Road R'bout(?) was horrendous!

Yep, I know, because I spent 25 mins sitting on Popley Way and Reading
Road. There were road works and traffic lights on the road to the
Industrial Estate (you know, just before the railway bridge) and
traffic couldn't get off the roundabout. When some trucks blocked the
the traffic lights, because they couldn't get ON to the roundabout ..
