461.0. "Wanted: student to visit USA summer of 1992" by SCARGO::CORMIER () Tue Jul 23 1991 19:54
I'm writing from Nashua, New Hampshire - U.S.A.
Wanted: Girl/student to visit the U.S.A. during the summer of 1992
from approximately June 15 through August 31, 1992; to
take care of our 3 daughters (ages 13, 11, 8). She
must be mature and speak English fairly well and her ideal
age would be 17-21 years. Also must be a non-smoker.
Situation: I'm a Digital employee who works and lives in Nashua
New Hampshire, which is located about 45 minutes North
of Boston. My wife is a full-time college medical
student who will be commuting to school daily during
most of the summer of 1992. Both my wife and I will be gone
from 8:00 AM to 5:15pm daily, Monday through Friday. Our
3 daughters are very well behaved and basically would take
care of themselves, under the guidance of our visitor from
Europe. We have a 4 bedroom home in a very pleasant and safe
environment. The girl would have her own private bedroom.
We have a swimming pool in the back yard and a 4 bedroom
vacation home in the mountains, and we will be spending a
week or so there during the summer.
Arrangements:
Two years ago we hosted a girl from Paris and the financial
arrangements were as follows. The girl paid her round trip
air fare from her home to Boston, and we paid for all other
expenses during her stay (with the exception of souvenirs
for her family back home). This arrangement seemed to work
out very well for both the girl and us.
If you know of someone who would like the opportunity to visit the
United States next summer please send me mail at CGVAX2::CORMIER.
Please include any and all questions you'd like to ask.
Thanks,
Bob Cormier

| Are you trying to reply via ALL-IN-1 mail?? If so you need to put and
underscore (_) before the VAXmail address shown in the original Note.
If you using VAXmail already then you need to post the error message in
order to help the 'panel' diagnose the problem.

P.S.
Did you address it to _CAVAX2::CORMIER (what you say in .4)
or _CGVAX2::CORMIER (which is what it says in .0)
