    WHERE?
    Preferably Hook/North Warnborough area, though Well or anything
    in that direction would be ok.
    
    WHAT?
    Not a room or house share or studio flat.
    
    1 or two bedroomed preferably.
    
    House, flat, cottage, bungalow, anything like that.
    Preferably with some garden space though(just enough to sit in 
    and sip wine in the sun :-)
    
    *Unfurnished* 
    
    Allowing puddy tats preferably.
    
    Really don't care whether there's any heating or not, in fact I
    probably prefer it without.  
    
    Don't mind in the slightest if it's in horrendous decorative order
    (even paper peeling off the walls honest!) 'cause I'd like to be
    able to decorate somewhere nicely (wouldn't be a botch job either...)
    Come to that general condition of the place isn't too important
    so long as it's liable to stay standing and has doors and windows
    in most of the places they're meant to be, just so long as it isn't
    badly wired (should hate to bbq myself in my sleep!)
    
    Electric would be nice though.. just for lights if nothing else..
    oh and running water :-)
    
    Parking not really a problem since I don't have a car :-)
    
    Countrysideish preferably.. (well it would be around Hook N.Warnborough
    anyway I guess..)
    
    HOW?
    For somewhere around 300-400 a month rent.
    
    WHEN?
    ASAP up to the end of June (my notice on the old flat will have
    run out then)   For anything from 6months (if you only want a short
    let) to couple of years/indefinate.
    
    WHY?
    'Cause I shall shortly be transferring from SBP to Viables to work
    in the CSC even though I always swore I'd never move to Basingstoke
    :-)
    
    
    I know it's quite a bit but if you have or know of anyone who has
    anything to rent that fits even half of the above details then please
    please call me - I'm a very good trouble free tenant (been doing
    it long enough!) and it'd be nice to find another nice landlord
    and a decent home aroudnd here.

    Hello Jo,
    	Try John Saunders on odiham/North Warnborough 702400.He had a 
    couple of really beautiful flats for rent at Long Sutton & they were
    around the 400 pound mark...Apparently had to be seen to be believed,
    really nice & surrounded by countryside.
