ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A QUIET PLACE IN THE COUNTRY TO LIVE? where you can
look out on to fields and horses and go for quiet walks and basically get

I am looking for a lodger for my house in Eversley, 8 miles from Dec park
and Winnersh with roughly a 15-20 minutes drive via country lanes or A33.
It is a spacious 3 bedroomed detached bungalow with a lovely quiet
enclosed garden. You would have a double room and the rent would be �200
pounds * INCLUDING * bills but not any community charge of any sort !
A non smoker is preferred as you will be sharing with 2 other non smokers.

Hatch warren and Viables ( 10 minuets walk ), Off road parking fully
furnished with Autowasher, fridge, Cooker etc. Rent �360 per month.

far from the big supermarket ( forget the name ) and Wimgrove/Samp
equidistant (sp), fully furnished , with simular extras as above.

"fan" might be a bit strong...I used to live in the "Musicians Quarter"
of Basingstoke myself. That's probably what made me notice the very apt
typo.

Aha NOW the penny drops as it were. The Musicians Quarter, well theres
a thought. Should I maybe increase the rent in anticipation of all
those Wimbledon types wishing to rent for 2 weeks next July ?
