Thanks Tony, I knew someone would give me a stupid answer !!!
If you could supply all four answers, I'll be thrilled, but to be
honest, I'd be satisfied with the address of the shop. (That's the shop
that sells electrical goods) - it was formally in Potters walk in the
Basingstoke shopping centre.

387.3 | No longer in Blazingsmoke | KERNEL::LOANE | Once upon a time in a TU45! | Thu Jan 10 1991 17:29 | 3 |
| Comet no longer exists in the Basingstoke area. Nearest one is in
Reading I suppose (if you're nuts enough to suffer their crazy
traffic system).

387.4 | Try Guilford!! | FORTY2::GROOM | | Fri Jan 11 1991 10:20 | 4 |
| There used to be a poster on the window in Ex-comet of Basingstoke to say that
they considered Guilford was now your 'local Comet store'!!

Nope, it appears to have gone now (unless I'm confused as to where it
was and something else has gone)

| Well the shop sign etc. etc. was still there on Saturday.
Mind you I was across the other side of the road trying to negoitate
between a pram, two shopping trolleys and a kid on a skate board so
maybe the shop has closed but they haven't taken the sign down yet etc.
Its in the main drag, aboout half way along on the opposite side
of the road to W.H. Smiffs
