You don't have to be stuck at home during the winter, the Mid Hants 
Railway is operating a winter service on Sundays in January, February and
March (upto 24th inclusive). Refreshments and hot snacks are available from the 
station buffet at Alresford, and from the licenced buffet car on the train.
The railway shops will be open at Alresford and Alton.

Departure times are;

Alresford:	10.40, 12.20, 14.00 and 15.50
Alton:		11.30, 13.10, 15.05 (last round trip) and 16.40

1990 fares are applicable and in addition, one child travels free with each 
adult.

(Snow,frost or fog may cause delays or cancellations. Customers are advised to 
ring 0962 734200 in inclement weather)

Special events:

	Sunday 10th February - Valentines Luncheon.

		Celebrate with a special pre-booked four course meal with 
		a french atmosphere. �20.00 per head, including two round 
		trips.

	Sunday 10th March - Mothers Day

		Cream Tea on the luxurious "Watercress Belle". 
		Tea, sandwiches, scones, cakes and all the trimmings.
		�10.00 per person including one round trip.
