I have an old photograph that my brother has asked for a copy. Does
anyone know where I can get the picture duplicated as I do not have the
negative.

I think most photographic shops offer this service now. I had one done
in the shop opposite Woolworths ("Speedy Snaps"(?)). It took a couple
of weeks, but was a good copy. Boots and Fishers will also do it.

Yes you can get a negative made from a print. Almost anywhere will do
that for you.
