    We have been in a superb house for 10 months, and due to emigration
    (see Notes passim..) we are sub-letting two rooms, with the agreement
    of the landlord. He is currently selling the house, so will be doing
    the lease on a 1-month notice either way basis, ie when he sells
    he will give you one months notice.
    
    If you are interested in 1 or 2 rooms, or later on even three rooms

    He is currently renting the house with us and can answer your questions.

    House is in Hook, 6 miles East of Basingstoke, on the A30. Hook
    is a small town with loads of pubs, and a triff 7-11 store.
    
    Modern house,, nice garden to it and car parking for 2 cars.
    Gas Central heating, fully furnished, 1 car garage. All bills shared.
    Phone is itemised billing!
    
    Bedroom 1 : Large room with double bed. Wardrobes and closets.
    
    Bedroom 2 : Smallish room with rickety bed, OK wardrobe.
