I have heard about a place in Andover, where they have a Restaurant
upstairs, and a Discotheque downstairs. Does anybody know what it
is called or anything about it ?
Does any one know of any other place similar top this ?

It sounds like Flicks to me. There is a nightclub downstairs at the
back, a bar downstairs at the front, a small cinema upstairs and a
restaurant somewhere else in the building.
There are worse places to go... :^)
