I suppose it depends where you live. Our doctor is based in Lychpit
and also has a surgery in Popley. She is brilliant. A
'no-messing-about' type of doctor - you know exactly where you are.

The best part about this surgery is that every time I need to make
an appointment, it is always booked for the same day - not two or
three days later when it isn't so urgent anymore - like most doctors
    surgeries.

Her number is Basingstoke 841654. She is based at the East Barn
Surgery, next to the Cromwell Pub (in Lychpit).

General opinion of most doctors in Basingstoke area is that it DOES
depend on where you live. The reason given seems to be related to
out of hours call-out to you. They favour going to your nearest
surgery and if they can't take you on, they should be able to refer
    you to someone who can.

Problem is, if your nearest is not reccomended...........
