Hello all, Can someone recommend me to a decent osteopath in the Basingstoke area, preferably within easy striking distance of the central area? I'd be especially grateful to hear from people who've actually been treated (and preferably cured!) by the person they're recommending. If you know the details about the osteopath's qualifications, I'd prefer someone who's been trained by the British School of Osteopathy, and not the European one (it's a question of style!) Stephen

I went to Darcy Jones a couple of years ago when I had a bad back. He did wonders - the doctor wasn't even interested, but Darcy had it sorted out quite quickly. He is properly qualified (I checked before I went - you don't want just anyone mucking about with your back.) His 'official letters' are DO, MRO. His office is at 27 Chequers Road, which is right in the middle of Basingstoke (not far from St Mary's Church, to give you an idea.) His phone number is 52241. Aly | |||||

I can recommend Mrs Nicki Lines at the Hampsire Clinic in Old Basing. She did my neck and upper back a treat just recently. If you want her though you'll have to be quick as she's about to explode, but will be back shortly after giving birth early in the new year. I think you have to be referred by a doctor though. Good luck. |
