    Steve,

It's probably a case of what products AREN'T support. The TSC is
    split into 4 main groups:

    	1) VMS Support Group - responsible for VMS, and associated layered
products, eg languages, VAXset products, & other odds and ends

    	2) Comms Support Group - responsible for anything "Comms-ish"
eg, DECnet, PSI, DECservers, LAT etc

    	3) Applications Support Group. They are split into two sub-groups

    		i) Office Products - ALL-IN-1, WPS+, DECgraph, VTX,
    				DECpage etc

ii) VIA products - CDD, RDB, FMS, DBMS, Rally, ACMS...

    	4) PDP Support Group - All PDP O/S and layered products

Currently there's a fifth group - MICROS, basically a duplication
of the VMS group - but for MicroVMS. These groups are soon to merge.
Also part of MICROS at the moment are the Ultrix and Workstation
    support groups.

Basically, any "standard" shippable product on which customers can
buy support is supported from the Basingstoke TSC.

The TSC groups are housed within the Customer Support Centre. Other
CSC functions are Country Support (h/w and s/w) and the Diagnosis
Groups (again h/w and s/w). S/W Diagnosis are an interface between
the customer and the 4 groups above. H/w Diagnosis is really what
    used to be called RDC.

    Hope this is of use

    Stephen
