Hello,
I would very much appreciate if somebody could give me directions to
get from DECpark II in Reading to the Crescent Office at Jays Close in
Basingstoke.

Its quite simple really! :-)
Take the A33 from Reading.
When you see the sign saying "Welcome to Basingstoke" look out
for directions to ALTON A339.
If you keep following this sign you will not go far wrong.
All the roundabouts have names, you will meet, in order,:
-Reading Road roundabout at end of A33.
-Black Dam roundabout (where you could join M3 but dont)
-Hackwood Road roundabout (turn left here)
-Venture roundabout....
Its at this roundabout that you should stop following
signs to ALTON and follow signs to Viables.
The Crest hotel is on this roundabout too.
If you take the 3rd exit, leaving the Crest on your left, you
will pass two petrol stations on the left before the next
roundabout..... at this one (called Golden Lion roundabout)
take first exit, you will see the pub after which it is named!
The next left is the entrance to the Crescent.
