    I read in the Boston Globe the other day that Wang Labs and ITT
    Hartford Insurance Group, Inc. have joined forces to develop and market
    an automated property and casualty claim processing system.
    
    I have some friends who own a small Learning Systems company based in
    Orleans down on the Cape.  They did a big study of a casualty insurer's
    new automated claim processing system and then developed the training
    program to train all the agents all over the U.S.  They did a set of
    workbooks and a set of video cassettes.
    
    I looked at their work and it is really excellent.  They are very
    bright people, and very nice too.
    
    They have done work for Woolworth's in London, and Child World in the
    U.S., and a number of other large accounts.
    
    Maybe we could team with them somehow to win some insurance business
    based on a whole hardware and software package.
