   forums will be welcomed)

  I am searching for a good medical insurance policy for my parents who would
  be visiting me from India. My brief research indicates most of the insurance 
  avialable are for maximum 6 months and not extensible. They would be staying
   here for a year.  My parents are in the mid 50's 
   I am looking for information on the following:

 1) Insurance companies that provide medical insurance for overseas visitors;
     for at least an year. Phone numbers or addresses of such comapnies will be
    much appreciated.
   
 2) Is there any time limit on how late someone will be sold  a policy after
     landing in USA.
