I'm looking for contacts, notes etc. related to DEC based health
insurance applications. Ideally in large public health insurance
agencies (my account in sthe Ministry of Health for the province
of Ontario, Canada: 9 million subscribers, $12 billion CDN in claims
per year). The Ministry is in the process of totally rebuilding
its information systems to support a more proactive, preventative
approach to health care programs. Areas of interest are claims
processing, patient information systems, smart/memory cards etc.
I would welcome any information that even remotely relates to this
situation.
