    I am interested in hearing what all you consumate professionals
    are doing in the area of "AGENCY AUTOMATION".  What does your installed
    base and current/prospect activity in the account(s), you are working, look
    like.  I know Agency Automation is a big topic and means different
    things to different people.....feel free to roll you own.
                      
    I hope this forum will stimulate some discussion and exchange of
    experience/activity/ideas.  Agency Automation is a big time opportunity
    and one we are currently positioning ourselves for at Prudential.
    
    Although softbase has its place, the current battles are just as
    interesting and may provide opportunities. In addition to new
    ideas, maybe the opportunity to join forces...that
    is if there are similar interests, perhaps software support from
    multiple districts can work together rather than re-invent the
    wheels.
