I am looking for legal department solutions for insurance companies. The Blue Cross Plan I am working with has just begun to discuss their business problem with me. A need for a solution exists within the Contract Data Base and the Legal Diary System. Both of these functions are now being performed on the IBM mainframe using UFO and DCF. They want to replace these systems not modify them. VAX based solutions are being sought. In particular I am interested in: * Any other Blue Cross Plans processing Contracts and/or Legal Diary on VAX. * Legal Filing Systems - Keyword search capability - Cross Reference Files * Office Automation for the Corporate Secretary - Articles - Bylaws - Shares - Board Resolutions - Meeting Minutes * Billing Systems - Direct - Allocated * Trial Lawyers Court Calendar Please let me know if you have information on this topic even if it is not Blue Cross related.
