There is a(nother) new TDL at
sac::disk$user22:[edmunds]todolist.zip
There's not much nedw in TDL.EXE (odd bug fixes only), but this zipfile
does include a SETUP.EXE which should install TDL for you. *THAT* is
the bit that needs testing, so I would ask you please to try installing
using SETUP.EXE and put a reply in here when you have, listing any
problems encountered.
The only change I intend to make to the installation procedure is that,
at the moment, it creates a new program group for TDL and installs a
TDL icon in there. In future, I want to give the option of installing
into an existing program group (much preferable in my opinion).

Save as... won't work correctly in this version (has been broken for a
while, I suspect, so it presumably isn't used much!). My latest version
has this fixed (and is 3K smaller too): if anyone needs this urgently
let me know. Otherwise it should be available soon with bugfixes plus
the following:
o Save as... and Open use a much better dialogue box
o Printer setup from TDL
o Much better colour selection
o More customisation of startup view
