Ken: Just tried to print a file using a queued ICO printer (ICO_EUS). Tried through the PR menu selection, and also tried to print from the retrieval screen (Command: Print Screen). Neither worked. When I checked the ICO_EUS print queue, the report did not show (queue was empty). Can you tell what's happening? (And for future reference, is there a way I could go in and tell what's happening?) Julie

Julie, >> When I checked the ICO_EUS print queue, the report >> did not show (queue was empty). >> Can you tell what's happening? It looks as if they (the Data Center) were having LAT problems today. I deleted the print queues and re-defined them. The problem should be fixed (for now). >> (And for future reference, is there >> a way I could go in and tell what's happening?) No. This requires privileges. This is a System Management problem, certainly not an FMAP problem. /ken |
