I have been trying for the last couple of weeks to work on creating the Aggs that I need to do a standard report for my group. I guess my real question is, can the VAX Copis handle reports that roll-up Aggs at this time or should I work this standard report out on the DEC-10? When I created a TOP-80 report using the VAX RPTS for an example, I received a mail message from the Development team that said I did not have a proxy to copy the report to myself. But I do have a proxy, and I have answered that mail and have not received a reply as to what the problem is/was. I also have some questions as to how to create the aggs and use them in the report format I need. Can I create a report using multiple aggs? Would these all be rolled up to one agg? Folowing is an example of one of the two report formats that I am looking for, the second report I want to create is basically the same, but in more product detail. USA REVENUE SHIPMENTS BY MONTH LNO LQP MIC11 MV2XX MV3XX MV11 NEWLA PC1XX PC2XX PC3XX PC5XX VS2XX VS3XX VSII VT1XX VT2XX VT3XX I want to create my own Aggs for these Option Rollups (and I have using AG1). Donna, at the time of your training, we expected users to be able
to create their own aggs. We are experiencing some problems with
aggs, and are not ready to have users create their own. We are
supporting this function within FMIC. The contact person is George
Martakos 269-2419. Additionally, because of the Agg problems, we
will be removing some of this functionality from the system
temporarily. That does not mean you cannot work out how you want
your aggs to look with George. In the meanwhile, use the DEC 10
for your standard reports.
Donna, I do not know what the problem was with your proxy account
at the time. However, I have had someone check out your current
status. You should not experience any problems. Your listed user
node is FSHQA1. Want to try to transfer files again?
