112.0. "Top 80 Ship Plans" by DNEAST::NICHOLS_DENN () Mon Nov 28 1988 09:25

I realize that this question has been raised before in note 43 but
I would appreciate a more complete answer if possible.

I need to be able to generate a report that shows the ship plans
for all of the top-80 products. I am able to get this report off
of the dec10 copis but is it available on the vax copis. And, can
the report be formatted so that the totals do not include Europe.

Thanks for any guidance that you can offer.

Use the RPTS (reports option) on the Vax to pull top80 agg. You
may have to create several reports at this time to get USA and GIA
without Europe data. We are working on multiple selection set reports,
but they are not yet available. Suggest you try several combinations
of selections in the report criteria to find the one that works
best for you. Documentation on creating reports should be out this
week, but you should be able to walk yourself through it. Send
another note if you have trouble. Carol Pratt

   Dennis,

You can use the MRF (multiple reports) menu option which allows you
to specify up to 5 different data sets (and possibly up to 5 different
applications/datatypes). One data set would be USA and the other would
be GIA. Try it and call the HOTLINE at 269-2500 if you have any problems.
