I tried to access the AG1 screen at 12:30 on this Tuesday. After
five minutes the screen was still not available. Is something wrong?

I also tried to access the SP and RPT screens at 1 PM and again at 2:30
to no avail. Received a waiting.... message for about 5 minutes
at which time I hit control_Y to exist.
Any update on what was happening?

Although I don't know exactly what was happening at the time(s) mentioned, this is indicative of what is discussed in note 79.0 - the database is locked up for whatever reason, and the RALLY screen can't retrieve the security data. We will look into what may have caused the locking to occur, please be aware that these lock-out and slow response problems will become increasingly rare; hopefully in a short period of time. /ken | |||||
