Please be consistent when entering your user name on the
report and data extract (downloading) screens. Some
people enter both their first and last names in a few instances
and only their last name in others.
Please use your VAX user name (ie 'SMITH', 'COPUSER77') instead
of your actual name. There should be no spaces in the user name
field (a patch will be added to the software in the next release
to prevent this).
