   > Ship Plan available on last Friday of the month:

Ken, our goal has always been to release the Ship Plan to our users
on the last Friday of the Fiscal month - every effort is made to
meet this commitment. We have a resource whoose highest priority
is to monitor the Ship Plan during the Ship Plan pass period.
Unfortunately, since we ourselves do not generate the Ship Plan,
but are recipients of it, we are subject to any delays caused by
our sources. Please be advised that both COPIS and our sources
are give the highest priority to the Ship Plan.

   > Separate Ship Plan from Flex Plans

The Ship Plan is owned by the Demand/Supply group in this facility.
It is their decision not to release the Ship Plan without the Flex
Plans. Please call Demand/Supply and give them your input.

    ...regards, Tom Malomo 269-2411

Sorry, didn't mean to imply that the delays were any fault or cause
of the marvelous people who have kept the bandaids on the DEC10 system
or who have done such marvelous work on the new system.

I have sent this message to the appropriate parties in the past and
have gotten NO response. This forum seemed and still seems as good a
place as any to speak with what appears to be a lonely voice in the
    wilderness regarding this issue however.

If this forum is willing to find some support for this issue to take to
Demand/Supply then that is what I ask for. Otherwise I will keep quiet
    and whimper alone.

BTW, it is not my intention to create any enemies through what appears
to be a rather cold message; I only wish to find a solution to a
    nagging situation.
