When the data base is rolling back transactions, it locks the entire
database. If you attempt to use a screen, the
Working........
message will be displayed for what seems like an eternity. This
is because the 'Digital Confidential' message must be retrieved
from the data base before the form can be displayed.
The best thing to do is CONTROL Y out of the screen and wait
10 to 20 minutes before trying again.
A database rollback should occur infrequently. While it seems like
an inconvenience, remember that it preserves data integrity.
